Customer Service Manager in Guildford!


Salary: £45k-£50k (based on experience)


Location: Guildford-Free parking on-site


Hours: Monday -Friday

Overview


Join our fantastic client, who is currently on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Manager to join their rapidly growing business in Guildford!


As the Customer Service Manager, you will be providing direction, support and coaching members of the Customer Service Team with a focus on ensuring that the experience for the staff and the customer is improved. You will be responsible for developing, and managing Customer Service Team, engage with our customers and drive engagement!


Responsibilities:



  • Manage reviews and performance monitoring for all customer service staff.

  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Report back to senior directors on team performance.

  • Interview and hire new staff as and when required.

  • Being final point of contact for unresolved customer complaints


Skills/Experience:



  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Customer Service Manager.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

  • Strong communication prowess across phone, email, live chat, and social media.

  • Data-driven decision-maker with a flair for innovation and multitasking.

  • Someone passionate about delivering world-class customer service and building a brand's

  • Highly people orientated with a strong work ethic.

  • Able to work well within a small team as well as independently on specific projects.

  • Confident in their ability to bring new ideas to the table!

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Strong planning skills.

  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
