We have teamed up with a forward thinking and dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, they are looked to add an experienced Customer Service Executive to there after sales team. As a Customer Service Executive you will play an integral part in providing a smooth relationship with existing and new customers.
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8.00 to 5.00pm
Benefits: 25 days Annual Leave plus 8 bank holidays per year, Company pension, Private medical insurance and other perks, lunch and fresh coffee
The main day to day responsibilities:
- Notify the appropriate Manager or Team Leader of any issues.
- Corrective and preventive actions Looking after all customers assigned to the Internal Sales Team, including before and after point of order.
- Fielding all new enquiries straight to Business Development for qualifying
- Taking forward all orders from the Business Development Team and ensuring the customer is looked after from point of order onwards.
