πŸ’Ό Our client, a leading retailer in the luxurious shoes and handbags industry, is seeking a temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team from 25th November until the end of January.


πŸ‘₯ Join their friendly and vibrant team, and make a difference to their customers' experience.


With the first 3 weeks dedicated to comprehensive training (Monday-Friday, 9-5:30pm), you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and become a true expert in customer service. Following the training period, you will have the flexibility to work three days from home, with Tuesdays being a must in the office.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:



  • Handling phone calls and emails

  • Providing support and resolving customer queries

  • Dealing with complaints, store inquiries, product queries, and more

  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be able to showcase your bubbly personality even through email interactions


πŸŽ„ It's important to note that our client requires availability between Christmas and New Year's. But don't worry, you will have a few days off to celebrate with your loved ones, as they are back in the office on the 27th December.


πŸ’° This temporary position offers a competitive pay rate of Β£13 per hour, with the possibility of overtime if you're eager to start earlier and make some extra cash.
