🔧 Key Accountabilities:



  • Provide product information, solve problems, and process orders to ensure an excellent customer experience

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, aiming for timely, one-contact resolution

  • Effectively manage customer escalations with empathy and conflict resolution techniques

  • Utilise strong time management and prioritisation skills to handle a high volume of activities

  • Conduct detailed investigation of customer issues to identify and swiftly resolve any faults

  • Support our customers through phone management

  • Process quotes, orders, and sample orders efficiently

  • Manage merchandising orders and calendars

  • Proactively monitor and handle open orders, incomplete orders, and delays
