Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in Reading.



Start Date: ASAP


Duration: 1-2 Months


Pay rate: £13ph


Hours: 9-5:30



Duties include but are not limited to:



  • Provides an excellent standard of customer service and shows evidence of designing or implementing successful changes to improve Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensures specific Brand service requirements are delivered in accordance to brand strategies and customer service level agreements

  • Participates and conducts customer meetings, reviews and presentations as required

  • Follows departmental processes and procedures and maintains required documentation to agreed standards to ensure quality

  • Responds to customer queries and issues using a call logging software or email and sees them through to resolution according to SLA Agreements

  • Communicates with line manager and service team on day to day operational issues to ensure smooth running

  • Liaises with other departments and regions whenever required

  • Brings increased efficiency's to the daily operational activities, resulting in increased value for the customer as well as internal process improvements

  • Customer, Supplier & National Sales Companies liaison

  • Order updates, changes and new stock implementation

  • Contributes to warehouse audits

  • Communicate regularly and effectively with Manager, peers and team

The ideal candidate will have/be:



  • Experience working with clients/suppliers

  • Ability to build a rapport

  • Able to work to deadlines

  • Good problem solving skills

  • IT Literate
