Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Administrator


Location: Exeter


Duration: 12 weeks


Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30am-4.45pm, Fri 8.30am - 3.45pm


Salary: £11.44 - £12.44 per hour



The Role :


Our client is seeking a confident Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Exeter. The ideal candidate will be helping to provide excellent service and support the Customer Service Executives by providing an efficient response to incoming enquiries, processing documents accurately and actioning tasks in a timely manner.



Key Duties :


� Liaise closely with and provide support for the Customer Service Executives.


� Process all documentation correctly an maintain files and records according to procedures.


� Expand business by obtaining appointments from customer base.


� Forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary.


� Maintaining accurate records.


� Complete all VIP call according to schedule.


� Action all messages received from customers in a timely manner.


� Carry out tasks to comply with Company Policy and Health & Safety.


� Maintain confidentiality of Company and customer business.


� Foster and maintain good working relations with customers, Company and colleagues.


� Utilise the ABS computer system (training provided).


� Carry out any other reasonable request made by management and other ad hoc duties.



About You :


� Excellent IT and administration skills


� Excellent telephone manner


� Confident in dealing with customers


� Great customer service skills and ethos


� Must have a proactive approach to work with the ability to self-manage


� Must be methodical and very well organise
