JOB TITLE: Client Support Assistant
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm

THE ROLE: As a Client Support Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring that client queries and requests are handled accurately and efficiently. Working within a team you will act as a point of contact from a variety of internal and external parties in Commercial banking to wealth management, providing efficient customer service and administrative support.
Duties include:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to internal and external client inquiries related to account balances, statements, and transactions.
- Providing a full range of administrative services for the team.
- Process internal transfers and ensure all payment process requirements are met.
- Handle client payment requests, ensuring adherence to company procedures
- Provide support for Online Banking and Mobile App queries, password resets, and online payment verifications.
- Process other requests such as audit letters and tax certificates
- Maintain client records, ensuring efficient archiving and filing
- Handle clients' complaints and errors promptly, following the established process
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to provide a high level of client service, ensuring the client is at the heart of everything we do
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- A positive and can-do attitude!
