  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sales experience, particularly in a high-volume call setting, is preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills.

  • Ability to quickly understand and respond to client needs.

  • Ability to use empathy during conversations with clients.

  • Familiarity with the property market is a plus.
