We have an incredible opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join the UK's leading property consultancy!


*This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the exciting potential to go permanent for the right person*

As the go-to problem solver, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from handling key admin duties to being that friendly face everyone looks forward to seeing! Your role will be essential in keeping operations seamless and creating a positive, welcoming environment for both the team and customers.


Sounds interesting? ..What will I be doing?...


Daily Duties:



  • Answer incoming telephone calls

  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the Office Head and the wider office have everything they need to succeed.

  • Referring clients to a wide range of services

  • Responding to new inquires and completing registration process

  • Creating mailers, property brochures, window cards and pitching materials

  • Conducting land registry title checks (tranining provided)

  • Ensure compliance standards are met

Skills/ Experience



  • Previous office experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Property background would be desirable - full training will be provided

  • Strong Attention to detail

  • Excellent Communication verbally & Written

  • Competency using all MS packages
