Role: Business Support Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Location: LS19 (free onsite parking)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Coordinate and manage external meetings, business events, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Facilitate Board Meetings and offer comprehensive meeting support, including precise minute-taking.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality for visitors.
- Record accurate minutes at the Safety Review Board, Airport Consultative Committee, and Executive Meetings
- Assist with diary management, scheduling and organizing internal and external meetings for the Executive Team.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the Executive Team and other management personnel.
- Oversee the daily operations of the administrative office, including managing mail, supplies, and office consumables.

- Experience in diary management and minute taking.

- Ability to efficiently manage office supplies and coordinate office resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with senior leaders and colleagues.
