Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Boutique Sales Associate to join their team at the prestigious Flagship Boutique. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a memorable shopping experience.


As a Boutique Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering brand and product loyalty. Your primary duties will include providing beauty services, sharing product knowledge, implementing effective merchandising strategies, planning and executing customer events, and managing and developing the in-store team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with the Retail and Office Teams.

Responsibilities:


- Customer Experience: Your goal will be to surpass daily sales targets by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. This includes being knowledgeable about store promotions, capturing customer emails for future business opportunities, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and providing detailed product information.


- Visual Standards and Operational Excellence: You will contribute to the overall success by assisting with opening and closing checklists, maintaining company brand standards through a clean and organised sales floor, cash wrap, and backroom, executing visual directives and schematics, and maintaining awareness of loss prevention procedures.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.

  • Preferably, 1-3 years of retail experience.

  • Strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetics.

  • Passion for sales and building strong customer relationships.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

  • Flexibility to work a schedule that accommodates the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
