Job Title: Audio Typist/Secretary


Location: Liverpool Street!


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time


Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum


Hours: 09:00- 17:30pm

Responsibilities:



  • Utilise audio typing skills to accurately transcribe dictation materials

  • Update accounts and fee forecast schedules

  • Amend written documents as required

  • Answer phones, take messages, and provide excellent customer service

  • Assist with running errands such as key cutting and lunch orders for Directors

  • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records

  • Handle filing and document management

  • Support the team with basic marketing tasks as needed


Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint

  • Experience working as an audio typist, with a minimum level of familiarity with audio typing

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing materials

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Background working in a property and construction company

  • Familiarity with marketing tasks and strategies


Technologies:



  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Audio typing software
