πŸ’° Salary: Β£13.15 p/h (equivalent to Β£25,000 p/a)


πŸ“ Location: 2-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station!


⏰ Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

πŸ” Your responsibilities will include:



  • ✨ Front of house reception service

  • ✨ Meeting and greeting visitors

  • ✨ Document production, including printing, scanning, and binding

  • ✨ Booking travel and accommodation, ordering and managing catering requirements for meetings and events

  • ✨ Booking couriers and managing incoming/outgoing post

  • ✨ Monitoring general mailboxes and ordering stationery

  • ✨ Handling incoming calls and assisting with daily queries

  • ✨ Checking kitchen/stationery suppliers and ordering when necessary

  • ✨ General office housekeeping

  • ✨ Providing ad-hoc general administrative support



βœ… The ideal candidate will have:



  • ✨ Previous office-based experience in reception, front of house, or administration

  • ✨ Exceptional organisation skills to hit the ground running

  • ✨ Professional, friendly, and personable demeanour

  • ✨ First-class front of house service skills

  • ✨ Strong organisational skills to handle tasks under pressure

  • ✨ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • ✨ Excellent communication skills

  • ✨ Proactive and self-motivated mindset

  • ✨ Confidence and experience using Microsoft Office
