πΌ Job Details:
- Contract type: Permanent
- Annual salary:Β£25,000, with the possibility of incremental increases, following probation, up to Β£27,500 (based on performance)
- Working pattern: Full-time (Monday to Friday), 9AM - 5PM, 37.5 hours per week - office based.

π Role Summary:
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating documentation for all projects installed under a specific ECO scheme. You will ensure that all submissions and documentation are checked, processed, and tracked in an organised and efficient manner. Collaboration will be essential as you act as a liaison between installers, compliance teams, and other utilities. Your attention to detail and adherence to deadlines will be instrumental in maintaining quality standards. π
π Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the service delivery manager to ensure timely processing of submissions.
- Work closely with installers and operations managers to address compliance requirements.
- Verify submitted documents, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Act as a primary point of contact for installers and compliance teams, providing updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all submissions in relevant databases.
- Review and process submissions, ensuring industry requirements are met.
- Review and verify the accuracy, quality, and compliance of submitted photos.
- Ensure adherence to submission deadlines and industry standards.
- Handle general administrative duties such as typing, copying, data input, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries promptly.
Previous experience working in an admin role is beneficial, however not essential, as full training will be provided.

- Proficient in MS Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel.
- Strong typing and keyboard skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Excellent telephone manner.
