You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting various administrative tasks.
- Role: Office Coordinator
- Hourly Rate: £12.50
- Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
- Handle reception duties, including answering phones, managing the general inbox, and coordinating deliveries and post
- Be the point of contact for all facilities-related support, coordinating maintenance repairs for office equipment
- Assisting senior executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Maintaining confidential files and records.
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
