Role: Administrator - Project Based


Location: Crawley / Gatwick - Office Based


Hourly Rate: £13 - £14


Duration: 3 Months+


Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 37.5 hours


Our client is embarking on an exciting rebranding project, and they are looking for a talented individual to support the process. As administrative support you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all documents and materials are aligned with the new brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that values creativity and innovation.


You will be an integral part project, ensuring that all documents are accurately updated with the new brand identity. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition during this exciting period of change.


What will you be doing?



  • Updating and maintaining a wide range of documents with the new brand identity.



  • Making necessary edits and updates to align documents with the new brand.

  • Maintaining a well-structured and accessible document library and database.



  • Ensuring all documents are reviewed, accurate, consistent, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.

  • Collaborating with the operations team to gather necessary information and implement changes.

  • Conducting quality checks to ensure all documents meet the highest standard of accuracy and professionalism.



  • Providing support to the wider operations team during the rebranding process.



What are we looking for?



  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meticulously review and proofread documents.

  • Excellent organisational skills to track and manage multiple documents simultaneously.

  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

  • Previous experience in document management or a similar role is advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
