Full Details:



  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract Type: Temporary with the view to being made permanent

  • Salary: £23,751 - £25,871

  • Office based!

  • Working Pattern: Full-time, 35 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break, or 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute lunch break (the extra 30 minutes will be paid at time and a quarter).

  • Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (They finish early on Fridays! 🎉) Optional Thursday shift can be adjusted to 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM if desired.

  • Saturday: One Saturday morning in every four (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM) at time and a half pay.

Your Key Responsibilities:


As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:



  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day admin tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.

  • Order Processing: Manage high-volume sales orders using a bespoke software system (training provided).

  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively via email and telephone to maintain excellent customer relationships.

  • Organisational Skills: Manage schedules and tasks using Microsoft Outlook and Office.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with management, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

  • Production Cooperation: Communicate sales order quantities to the production team and help manage production workloads.

  • Office Operations: Perform general office tasks such as processing card transactions and maintaining payment records.


Ideal Candidate:



  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar admin role.

  • Skills: Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.


Training & Progression:


Comprehensive training will be provided to help you learn the systems and products. You'll start by processing simpler orders and gradually move on to more complex ones.
