We are currently partnering with a reputable company in Cirencester, seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. If you are looking for a varied admin role within a friendly team then this could be perfect for you...


Role: Administrator - Financial Services


Location: Cirencester with free parking


Salary: £27,000pa - £29,000pa plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays


Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch


Key Responsibilities:



  • Handling phone queries and providing excellent customer service.

  • Ordering stationary and managing office supplies.

  • Updating internal databases accurately and efficiently.

  • Performing filing and scanning tasks to maintain organised records.

  • Assisting with the compilation of reports.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing post efficiently.

  • Providing general office support as needed.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in an office/administrative role is essential.

  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
