Responsibilities: πŸ“‹



  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems πŸ“žπŸ“§πŸ“‚

  • Inventory and management of the SharePoint site, ensuring document versions are up to date πŸ“‘

  • Update databases in the CRM system to maintain accurate records πŸ“Š

  • Coordinate and manage meetings and events, including room booking, agenda preparation, and minute-taking πŸ“…πŸ“

  • Provide support for project/ event management and the Secretariat's initiatives 🌟

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration πŸ—£οΈπŸ’Ό

  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and other documents as required πŸ–₯️

  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels πŸ“¦

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience ✨
