✨ Join as an Administrative Assistant! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and achievement of supporting the London office, and assisting the Governance Manager in coordinating membership events both online and in-person.


πŸ”Έ Responsibilities:


πŸ“Œ Perform general office duties like answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.


πŸ“Œ Maintain and organise filing systems and inventory on the SharePoint site.


πŸ“Œ Update and manage databases in the CRM system.


πŸ“Œ Prepare presentations and other documents as required.


πŸ“Œ Coordinate and manage meetings, including venue booking and agenda preparation.


πŸ“Œ Manage office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.


πŸ“Œ Provide support for project management and Secretariat's initiatives.


πŸ“Œ Liaise with stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.


πŸ“Œ Create and distribute meeting documents, take minutes, and update records.


πŸ“Œ Provide logistical support for launches and events.


πŸ“Œ Collate Requests for Proposals and manage dedicated SharePoint folders.
