Your Role and Responsibilities:
Working Hours: Tuesdays and Fridays ONLY - 9.00am-5.30pm
π As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing the accounts for our client's business.
πΌ This includes processing and reconciling invoices, chasing outstanding payments, and liaising with external accountants to ensure smooth operations.
π You will provide accounting and financial reporting, researching and implementing solutions to overcome post-Brexit challenges.
π Organisation of accounting paperwork and filling will be a part of your responsibility.
π» Strong IT skills, including experience with QuickBooks, are essential.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
β¨ A positive, can-do attitude with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
π 3+ years of previous experience in accounts administration, with strong attention to detail and data processing skills.
π¬ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
π» Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
β‘οΈ You should be friendly, reliable, and able to work unsupervised, taking initiative and multitasking effectively.
