Role: Accounts Receivable Assistant


Location: Littlehampton


Hours: Monday - Friday, 25-30 hours


Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 pro rata to 25-30 hours


Office Angels are delighted to partner with our esteemed client in their search for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a fantastic finance team within a supportive and thriving business.


What You'll Do:


As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Managing the full accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.

  • Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies efficiently.

  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on receivables and cash flow.

  • Collaborating closely with our sales and finance teams to foster positive relationships and ensure smooth operations.

  • Assisting with month-end closing activities and providing support during audits as needed.


What We're Looking For:


We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will possess:



  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.

  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
