As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with all calls, posts, and emails effectively, ensuring that funds are allocated to the appropriate accounts. You will also assist the senior servicing manager in maintaining the team's efficiency and effectiveness. πŸ“žπŸ“¬πŸ“§


Salary: Β£26,000 to Β£32,000


Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm office based only


What you'll be doing:


πŸ’Ό Taking calls from customers and assisting them with loan administration and any queries they may have.


πŸ’Ό Managing the servicing portfolio across all product lines.


πŸ’Ό Interacting with customers on a daily basis, gathering information, and negotiating suitable payment plans.


πŸ’Ό Checking and action any accounts in credit at month end.


πŸ’Ό Action monthly consolidation refunds from our finance team.



  • To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in the financial services industry or Arrears Management, Our client offers an annual salary ranging from Β£26,000 to Β£32,000, along with attractive perks such as casual Fridays and well being support. πŸ˜ŠπŸ’Ό
